Technical Support

Warranty Period

From the date of project acceptance, we provide a warranty period of at least one year. During the warranty period, we will provide free repair or replacement services for parts that are not damaged by human factors.

Regular Follow-up

After project acceptance, we will conduct regular follow-up visits to customers to understand the operation status of the system and promptly solve any problems encountered by customers during use.

Emergency Response

If there is an emergency malfunction in the system, we promise to respond within 24 hours of receiving customer notification and provide a solution as soon as possible.

Spare Parts

We will provide necessary spare parts for the system to ensure quick replacement in case of critical component failures and reduce customer downtime.
