The XLT screw press dewatering machine is a new type of dewatering machinery with low speed, fully enclosed, and continuous operation. The slurry from sedimentation tanks, concentration tanks, or thickeners is mixed with flocculants and sent to the flocculation reactor. After the flocculation reaction, the slurry forms flocs and flows into the pre dewatering area for gravity separation. With the operation of the machinery, the slurry is gradually lifted and pressed before being sent out of the machinery. In the process of mechanical operation, in order to avoid clogging of the filter and improve the dewatering effect, an automatic rotating flushing device is installed in the machinery to regularly flush the filter.
