The body of the dehydrator is mainly composed of the filter body and the spiral shaft, and the filter body is divided into two parts: the concentration part and the dehydration part. Therefore, when the sludge enters the filter body, the relative movement of the fixed ring and the floating ring is used to make the filtrate rapidly discharge outward through the stack gap, rapidly concentrate, and the sludge moves towards the dewatering part. When the sludge enters the dewatering part, the space in the filter chamber is continuously reduced, the internal pressure of the sludge is continuously enhanced, and the back pressure of the pressure regulator at the sludge discharge point achieves the purpose of efficient dehydration. At the same time, the sludge continues to discharge out of the machine.
