How it works:

After raw water enters the filter, under the action of gravity pressure difference, it enters the filter disc through the microporous filter cloth fixed on the hollow rotating shaft and the solid suspended matter is trapped on the outside of the filter cloth. The filtrate is collected through the filter disc to the hollow rotating shaft and flows into the outlet tank, and the filter tank is discharged through the outlet weir plate. With the accumulation of sludge on the filter cloth, the filtration resistance of the filter cloth increases, and the liquid level in the tank gradually rises. When the liquid level rises to the set value, the PLG starts the suction pump and the transmission device at the same time, so that the filter disc rotates, and the cleaning device fixed on the outside of the filter cloth rubs against the surface of the filter cloth, scraping and absorbing the sludge on the surface of the filter cloth.
