The fiber rotary disk filter is composed of a central rotary drum, a rotary disk, a backwashing system and a matching control electrical system. The turntable is fixed around the central drum.


It has a connecting hole with the central rotating drum. Raw water (sewage) flows into the rotary drum through the opening at one end of the central drum, and enters each rotary table through the connecting hole.


Both sides of the turntable are equipped with a filter cloth, which is made of stainless steel wire or polyester wire, and the filter aperture is smaller up to 10μm. Raw water passes through a filter cloth.


After filtration, water flows out of the filter cloth and out of the system through the filter water outlet. With the progress of filtration, the impurities trapped inside the filter cloth continue to increase, too.


The filter pressure difference increases and the amount of water passing through the filter cloth decreases. When the impurities accumulate to a certain extent, the liquid level of the center drum reaches the set value, and backwashing is required.


The impurities accumulated on the inside of the filter cloth are backwashed. The backwash pump extracts the clean water through the filter cloth, sprays it to the outside of the filter cloth, and cuts the inside of the filter cloth.


Leave the impurities to wash down, after washing, the sewage falls in the liquid tray, and then discharged out of the device. When backwashing, the turntable rotates, and the backwashing water sprays the filter cloth at different angles until the turntable rotates once, the filter cloth is all cleaned, the backwashing stops, and the static filtration process is re-entered until the backwashing is carried out again.

2. Structure and working principle of wire rope grille cleaning machine

The GS type steel wire rope grille cleaning machine is composed of a frame rake bucket lifting drive structure, an over torque protection device, three steel wire ropes, a guide wheel, a rake bucket opening and closing device, a rake bucket and trolley, a grid bar, a guide rail and a skimming plate, a skimming mechanism, and other components.

After receiving the working signal, the GS type steel wire rope grid cleaning machine starts to release the rope by the lifting and driving mechanism of the rake bucket. The rake bucket descends along the guide rail from the highest position (up work cycle slag discharge), and the skimming plate descends with the rake bucket under its own weight. After the skimming plate is reset, the rake bucket is pushed by the opening and closing rake device (electric push rod) to open and continue to descend through the traction of the middle steel wire rope, reaching the limit position underground of the grid. Due to the obstruction of the limit plate, the car stops and the steel wire rope relaxes. The loosening switch acts, starts the electric push rod to retract, relaxes the middle steel wire rope, and closes the rake bucket under the action of its own weight. How it works:

After raw water enters the filter, under the action of gravity pressure difference, it enters the filter disc through the microporous filter cloth fixed on the hollow rotating shaft and the solid suspended matter is trapped on the outside of the filter cloth. The filtrate is collected through the filter disc to the hollow rotating shaft and flows into the outlet tank, and the filter tank is discharged through the outlet weir plate. With the accumulation of sludge on the filter cloth, the filtration resistance of the filter cloth increases, and the liquid level in the tank gradually rises. When the liquid level rises to the set value, the PLG starts the suction pump and the transmission device at the same time, so that the filter disc rotates, and the cleaning device fixed on the outside of the filter cloth rubs against the surface of the filter cloth, scraping and absorbing the sludge on the surface of the filter cloth. Finish cleaning the filter cloth. The sludge pipe is set at the bottom of the pool, and the sludge settling at the bottom of the pool is discharged automatically by the PLC through the time setting.
