HJG type truss truck scraper
The HJG type gantry scraper adopts a reciprocating action to scrape the bottom mud to one end of the mud collection pit for external discharge. It is used for scraping the bottom sludge of the horizontal sedimentation tank, with one end inlet and the other end outlet. The bottom of the tank has a certain slope (about 8/1000). The track gauge is generally around 4-25m. When the pool width is large, it can be made into a multi pool shared structure. The track gauge of 4-8m is generally single drive. When the upper part is equipped with a water surface oil scraping or foam scraping device, the structure and function are very similar to the GYZ type slag hanging machine, but the load is different.
Characteristic:
1. The hinged scraper arm can automatically layer and scrape without jamming.
2. When using variable speed transmission, fast return function can be achieved.
3. Can achieve automatic operation of PLC (full stroke or half stroke operation).
4. It has a rake lifting function, which can achieve load reduction or unidirectional mud scraping.
5. When the span is large, synchronous motors are generally used to avoid rail climbing.
6. The mud scraper is equipped with rubber plates and rollers, ensuring thorough and reliable mud scraping
