The peripheral drive mud scraper is mainly composed of a central rotating support, a rotating truss, a guide cylinder, a mud and slag scraper, a drive mechanism of a collector, a track and a wheel.
The raw water flows out from the bottom of the pool through the upper part of the center support pier, and distributes water through the diversion cylinder, and radiates to the water from the surrounding tank. With the decrease of the radial velocity, the suspended matter in the raw water is separated and settles to the bottom of the pool. The rotary truss takes the central support as the circle center, and the end running wheel, acting on the driving device, rotates along the track around the pool, drives the lower mud scraper with approximately logarithmic helix running track to slowly rotate, and scrapers to the center mud collecting tank, and drains out of the pool by water pressure or pump. The upper scum is simultaneously scraped from the slag scraping plate to the slag discharge bucket.
The central drive mud scraper is a suspended type. After the sewage is diffused from the water inlet pipe under the working bridge into the diversion cylinder, it uniformly radiates out to the surrounding area, and the suspended sludge is deposited at the bottom of the pool after precipitation. The driving device drives the central vertical shaft to rotate, and drives the scraper arm and scraper to rotate, and the sludge is scraped from the pool to the central mud collecting tank, and then discharged from the pool by the mud discharge pipe by the hydrostatic pressure in the pool. The scum on the water surface is skimmed to the side of the pool by the skimming device, and then scraped into the slag hopper by the scraping rake and discharged out of the pool. The supernatant is discharged through the triangular outlet weir plate spilling into the outlet tank.
