2. Structure and working principle of wire rope grille cleaning machine
The GS type steel wire rope grille cleaning machine is composed of a frame rake bucket lifting drive structure, an over torque protection device, three steel wire ropes, a guide wheel, a rake bucket opening and closing device, a rake bucket and trolley, a grid bar, a guide rail and a skimming plate, a skimming mechanism, and other components.
After receiving the working signal, the GS type steel wire rope grid cleaning machine starts to release the rope by the lifting and driving mechanism of the rake bucket. The rake bucket descends along the guide rail from the highest position (up work cycle slag discharge), and the skimming plate descends with the rake bucket under its own weight. After the skimming plate is reset, the rake bucket is pushed by the opening and closing rake device (electric push rod) to open and continue to descend through the traction of the middle steel wire rope, reaching the limit position underground of the grid. Due to the obstruction of the limit plate, the car stops and the steel wire rope relaxes. The loosening switch acts, starts the electric push rod to retract, relaxes the middle steel wire rope, and closes the rake bucket under the action of its own weight.
