NDY belt type concentration and dehydration integrated machine
The belt type concentration and dehydration integrated machine is suitable for sludge dewatering in wastewater treatment plants, water plants, as well as industries such as papermaking, printing and dyeing, leather, chemical, slaughtering, pharmaceuticals, electroplating, metallurgy, building materials, brewing, food, etc

Working principle
1. Before the sludge enters the belt concentration belt dewatering integrated machine, the polymer flocculant is fed into the mixing reaction tank through the flocculant preparation and dosing system.
2. In the mixed reaction tank, the sludge is thoroughly mixed with the polymer flocculant through stirring. The sludge quickly condenses from fine particles to large particles, forming a network structure of large agglomerates, and then enters the slowly rotating pre dehydration concentration belt. During the transportation of sludge to the end of the concentration belt, most of the free water is released through filter cloth to achieve concentration effect. The effluent is collected by the filter tank and separated from the solid sludge.
3. The pre dehydrated sludge slides from the inclined plate onto the upper filter belt of the belt filter press, and then is transported to the lower filter belt. Between the upper and lower filter belts, the sludge is further dehydrated and discharged due to the gradual pressure increase and shear force. The dehydrated sludge is discharged from the machine to form sludge cake, which is transported by a conveyor to the sludge storage area.
