Spiral filter is a mechanical filter that works by using a spiral filter to filter and separate fluids. The specific working principle is as follows:
1. Feed: Sewage or other fluids enter the spiral filter from the feed inlet and are guided to the filter area.
2. Filtration: Sewage is filtered through a filter screen, where larger particles are filtered out and deposited on the filter screen, while water enters the internal space through the filter screen.
3. Separation: Sewage is separated into two parts, water and solid, in the internal space. Solid particles deposit in the bottom slag collector, while water is discharged from the outlet.
4. Cleaning: With the passage of time, there is an increasing amount of dirt on the filter screen that needs to be cleaned. When the dirt on the filter is blocked to a certain extent, the cleaning system will start, and the cleaning solution will enter the filter area from the cleaning port to rinse and discharge the dirt.
5. Circulation: After cleaning, the spiral filter can start working again, continuously filtering and separating sewage to ensure water quality.
