Usage:
Mainly used for the discharge of sludge from the horizontal sedimentation tank in water supply engineering. According to user requirements, there are three types of suction methods available: siphon and pump suction, and pump siphon dual suction. The siphon type uses a submersible pump with a water jet or vacuum pump to form a vacuum, and uses the liquid level difference between the sedimentation tank and the sludge discharge tank to discharge sludge. The pump suction type directly uses a submersible sewage pump to extract the settled sludge.
Characteristic:
1. The transmission device adopts a shaft mounted reducer or a flange directly connected reducer, with a delicate appearance and convenient disassembly and assembly.
2. The driving wheels are equipped with automatic correction function, which can ensure that the suction dredger runs for a long distance without biting or climbing tracks.
3. The suction system can be equipped with a backwash device to eliminate accidents such as pipeline blockage.
4. The pump suction or pump siphon dual suction type adopts a non clogging submersible sewage pump, which starts quickly and does not require a water diversion device, and is easy to operate and maintain. The submersible sewage pump and suction system can be repaired or replaced by continuously discharging water from the tank.
5. PLC control can be used, and the full and half range operation mode of the suction dredger can be set as needed. The cycle of the suction dredger can be controlled by time, and it can also be automatically operated with a mud level meter to detect the accumulation of mud at the bottom of the tank.
