Shell: The shell of precision filters is generally made of stainless steel material, which has good corrosion resistance and strength.
Filter element: Internally, PP melt blown filter element, wire burning filter element, folding filter element, titanium filter element, activated carbon filter element and other tubular filter elements are used as filter elements. These filters have different filtration accuracies and characteristics, and suitable filtration elements can be selected based on different filtration media and design processes to meet the requirements of effluent quality.
Working principle:
When the filtered liquid enters the filter from the inlet, it will pass through the lower fixing plate and enter the filter
screen. The liquid flows from the inside of the filter to the outside, while solid particles are trapped inside the filter. As the filtration progresses, the pressure of the filtered liquid gradually increases.
When the pressure difference between the polluted side and the clean side reaches the set value, the filter will start a fully automatic backwash mode to clean the filter element and eliminate pollutants that accumulate on the inside of the filter element.
The filter element of the precision filter is made of polymer filtering material , which has super strong adsorption capacity. Part of the compressed air blows the inner wall of the filter element from top to bottom, effectively removing filtered impurities and reducing the resistance of the filter element to compressed air, fully ensuring the filtration effect.
